Archway Portal System Requirments

Web browser

For the best experience with the Nextcloud web interface, we recommend that you use the latest and supported version of a browser from this list, or one based on those:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (latest version)
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Google Chrome/Chromium
  • Apple Safari

 

Mobile apps

We strongly recommend using the latest version of your mobile operating system to get the full and most stable experience out of our mobile apps.

  • iOS 10.x+
  • Android 4.x+

 

Desktop client

We strongly recommend using the latest version of your operating system to get the full and most stable experience out of our clients.

  • Windows 7+
  • macOS Lion (10.7)+ (64-bit only)
  • Linux (CentOS 6.5+, Ubuntu 14.04+, Fedora 21+, openSUSE 13, SUSE Linux Enterprise 11 SP3+, Debian 8 (Jessie)+, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7)

How To – Archway Portal

Welcome to Archway Portal!

 

I have set up a secure website to transfer files that are too large for email, or you simply want to use for storing files.

Here are the instructions, login, and password to get to the Archway Portal:

From your favorite web browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, FireFox, or Safari) go to the following address: https://portal.archwaysys.com/index.php/login

It will ask for your username and password. Please contact Daniel Hebblethwaite or Travis Whiteman for your username and password.

These are both case sensitive.

Once you are logged in, you will see a folder with your username for you to store all your files. You can drag and drop any files into that folder, or click on the plus icon at the top right and click “Upload File”.

If you ever deleted a file and need to recover it, on the bottom left click “Deleted files.” Files will be kept in the trash bin for 180 days.

Move to Archway Portal

Hello! Archway Systems strives to provide you with the best possible experience. As part of our improvement program, we have moved our FTP site (formerly ftp://ftp.archwaysys.com) to a new location. Welcome to Archway Portal! https://portal.archwaysys.com

 

At the Archway Portal, you can do everything you need just like you would with the old FTP, along with improved features such as being able to view the document directly in the web browser. The Archway Portal is a secure website using SSL Encryption.

 

We will no longer be using the FTP site to transfer files, and the content will be removed on March 01st, 2018. Please contact Daniel Hebblethwaite or Travis Whiteman to gain access to our new Archway Portal.

 

All the files that were on the FTP site have been moved to the new Archway Portal.
